Ailis is a fully qualified and registered Sports Therapist, graduating in 2018 from Coventry University.

She attended Coventry Osteopathic & Sports Injury Clinic as a patient throughout her competitive dancing career and understands the frustration of injuries and the mental impact this can have with the importance of returning to pre-injury levels. 

​

Ailis has joined Newbold-upon-Avon RFC as a Sports Therapist for their second team and has undertaken a placement year at University working with the medical team at Coventry City FC.

​

She is passionate about helping her clients with injury prevention and helping them to maintain their training regimes.  She will provide a high quality and professionally tailored treatment plan working with you as an individual.

However, not all injuries occur due to sport and Ailis strives to deliver the highest quality and professional treatments to patients from all vocations and backgrounds so even if you are not an athlete, we are still here to help.
